Oracle Developer

Our client in the Cleveland area is looking for an Oracle Developer. This is a 6+ month contract position.

We are looking for experienced ORACLE DEVELOPERS with VERY STRONG AND CURRENT SQL CODING SKILLS. Strong analytical and design skills mandatory.

Our client supports a Global application and are in the early stages of a project to rewrite the system. Our requirements are constantly changing and growing due to our expansion internationally. We are looking for skilled individuals to help us meet these growing demands and move forward with our products worldwide.

DUTIES suggests technical approaches to management on projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in SOFTWARE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
- Proven technical knowledge in software development and testing methodologies.
- PRIMARY EMPHASIS WILL BE ORACLE SQL, TUNING AND TESTING.
- REQUIRE FOUR OR MORE YEARS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN ORACLE DATABASE AND SQL INCLUDING STORED PROCEDURES, FUNCTIONS, AND TRIGGERS.
- BACKGROUND IN ORACLE QUERY TUNING IS REQUIRED.
- Must possess strong unit, integration and system testing skills.
- Ability to work independently from technical specifications is required.
- Excellent problem solving and consultative skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, sense of urgency, and be self-motivated.
- Ability to provide occasional off-hours support
