Oracle Database Security Architect

ORACLE SECURITY (SECURITY CLEARED) - ORACLE FINANCIALS

THE PROJECT:

You will be a part of an elite team that is responsible for performing full security gap assessments of the client databases (250 plus Oracle Server estate) and ERP environments, providing mitigation reports, and communicating a comprehensive security controls plan to the client.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo government-level security clearance and must be prepared to work out of our client's Glasgow and Manchester based offices.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive Oracle EBS security analysis and implementation experience
- Relevant certifications (examples include CISA or CISSP)
- Extensive experience of managing and implementing Oracle Financials and ERP (Database) security controls
- Demonstrated proficiency in database concepts and use of leading databases (Oracle and MS SQL server)
- Experience and expertise with information security concepts, models, procedures and best practices

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES:

- Perform comprehensive risk assessments on client ERP and Database environments
- Review client security requirements and account for them within the risk assessment framework
- Develop and manage Risk Treatment Plans
- Follow the ITIL standard for all Change Requests, Incidents, and Requests for Service, as documented by company's internal change controls
- Prepare client facing gap analysis and mitigation reports and strategies
- Work with internal and client to advise on security controls that enable clients to achieve and exceed business, compliance, and security requirements
