Oracle Database Administrator

OPPORTUNITY:

Do you have over eight years of experience in Oracle RDBMS, enterprise data warehouses (EDW) and are knowledgeable in UNIX/AIX/Linus operating systems?

If so, we want to hear from you! Our client is searching for an Oracle Database Administrator/Oracle DBA to support a contract position with an initial 11 month term. In this position, you will be working with the BI/Architecture teams in support of BI solutions and enterprise data warehouse program. Must be a local candidate. We are accepting 1099 consultants only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with BI/Architecture teams to design, implement and support enterprise data warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions and program.
- Report to the IT Enterprise Applications manager and/or the BI Supervisor.
- Design, implementation, and maintenance/support of an enterprise data warehouse and Business Intelligence tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 8 years of experience in development, administration and tuning of enterprise data warehouses.
- 8 years of experience in Oracle RDBMS.
- 8 years of experience in implementation and support Data Integration, Reporting and Analytical solutions.
- 8 years of experience in UNIX/AIX/Linux operating systems administration related activities.
- 3 years of working experience in Info Sphere, DataStage and/or MicroStrategy
