Oracle BPM Developer

A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR A MOTIVATED AND DRIVEN ORACLE DEVELOPER WITH SOLID EXPERIENCE ACROSS ORACLE MIDDLEWARE SUITE.

Experience with the following technologies is mandatory, others are highly preferred Technologies

-BPMN/BPEL/SOA
-SQL (PL/SQL)
-XML/XSLT
-Java
-ADF

Tooling

-Git
-Jira
-SOAP UI/Fitnesse
-Continuous integration (Hudson, Jenkins, MYST, Maven)

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

- Hands on experience with, Oracle BPM 12 (or at least SOA Suite 12)
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile specifically working in a scrum software development team;
- A basic mind-set of continious improvement, flexibility and taking ownership. You focus on automating work in and around the team;
- You have a professional mindset for delivering maintainable, cost effective and robust solutions.
- You are able to convince people independently within the team and stakeholders outside the team of release deliverables and quality standards;
- You know how to assess risks and distinguish main issues from side issues;
- You are able to work with your team and the stakeholders to find the right balance between smaller and larger deployments, with consideration on chain dependencies;
- You are able to ensure controlled change - in accordance with quality standards and the required non-functional - of the applications using the standard processes (change-, release management);
- You can carry out activities in the area of automated (test) environment coordination and life cycle management;
- You have a T-shaped profile or are willing to develop this profile and are able to combine one or more technical specialties with the capability of taking over basic activities of other specialists on the team (analysis, development and testing);
- Good communication skills both verbal and written English and preferably Dutch
- You are flexible and capable of handling a variety of processes and must be able to switch between them when needed.
