Oracle Biapps Specialist

Titles:- Principal Consultant, Solution Architects, Consulting Manager (Based on Skill, Experience)

Must Have Skills

1. Good client management and communication Skills, Should be able to work in Client locations
2. Good Project management skills or Handle it based on the Guidance from Seniors
3. Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
4. Works well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent activities without losing track of details and can work autonomously under self-direction
5. Must have worked on Project Architect/Solution Architect/Senior Project Lead roles.

Technical Skills

1. Should have 6+ experience in BI Apps Development or data warehouse Implementation projects.
2. Sound Knowledge of Data warehouse concepts
3. Developed and maintained data warehouse/BI solutions through the entire project life cycle
4. Strong background knowledge in Entity-Relationship Modelling techniques Operational data model/Data warehouse data model, Experience in Datamodelling
5. Strong SQL skills - ability to write and debug complex queries
6. Sound knowledge of any or all of the source systems like Oracle Apps .
7. Knowledge of one or more modules like HRMS, Finance, Supply Chain, Financials, etc.
8. Should have Strong Knowledge and done hands on implementation of 5-6 BIAPPS Project at minimum.
9. Should have working knowledge on all the technology components of BIAPPS .
