Oracle BI Consultant

Oracle BI Consultant (Oracle BI, OBIEE, ETL, PL/SQL, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)

Oracle BI Consultant required by Whitehall Resources to work with our client on an initial two month contract with potential extension in the Netherlands.

The ideal Consultant will have a proven background as an Oracle BI Consultant who will maintain documentation of software solutions, configuration, and program modifications according to departmental standards to ensure compliance. This will be a great opportunity to utilise current skills whilst having the opportunity to develop new ones.

Key Technical Skills Required:
In depth experience with Oracle Business Intelligence EE (10g & 11g) and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (v7.9.6)
Extensive experience in developing and configuring in Oracle PL/SQL
Experience in requirements gathering and writing Functional and Technical designs
Experience of writing and tuning PL/SQL Statements and Code
Extensive knowledge of DW/BI project life cycle, tools, technologies and best practices
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
Nice to have:
Experience and knowledge with ITIL processes
Experience and knowledge with Cognos tools
