ORACLE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER - SC CLEARED

LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead

DURATION:  Initial 3 months  

Steria Recruitment Ltd (a Steria company) provides recruitment and resourcing solutions to Steria, a leading European IT service provider.

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Security Cleared Oracle Applications Developerto work for one of Steria major defence clients.

Due to current project timescales, the role requires a current SC Security Clearance.

ORACLE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience of working in a complex Oracle application development environment, carrying out design, construction, review & defect analysis activities
- Oracle Forms 10g
- Oracle Application Server 10g
- Oracle 10g database
- SQL
- PL/SQL
- Ability to effectively design software components in discussion with business consultants and application developers
- Proven experience of writing precise coherent code in line with FS, DS & confirm to established programming standard guidelines
- Broad business knowledge and skills covering RAD Application Development Methodologies. 

ORACLE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Prince 2 Foundation, Jdeveloper 10g or any UML Design tool, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle ADF, Windows 2003 & XP, Test Director or an equivalent tool, SSADM, Unix, TOAD/SQL Developer
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term relationships built on trust and integrity
- Serena Dimensions Express.(PVCS) or any equivalent tool

The successful candidate must hold a SC Security clearance.
