Optimisation Engineer, RAN, NSN, Ericsson, Huawei, Rnp&o, 2G, 3G, LTE

RAN Optimisation consultant is required to work on a six monthly contract for a leading mobile operator in the Philippines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an interface between the Operator and the Vendors, you will be required to validate the RF optimisation measures taken and proposed by the Vendors optimisation teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support Project team to accelerate cluster acceptance
- Send daily/weekly reports as request by project team
- Monitoring and reporting of daily and weekly KPI trends
- Provide sound technical expertise on RF Optimisation measures
- Work with local partner to produce final Drive Test customer reports

Attend regular customer meetings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles
- Good understanding of end to end network architecture (2G/3G/4G)
- Ability to deliver final proposal documents to a high standard within tight timescales
- Experience in 2G/3G/4G RF Algorithm and Network Parameter Optimization for at least 3 years
- Experience in network troubleshooting procedures and Performance Monitoring
- Experience in Quality Management
- Excellent knowledge of Network Optimization processes
- Good experience in Drive Test reporting and analysis using Nemo Outdoor/Analyse
- Experience with Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia projects
- Ability to use multi-vendor OSS tools to extract required KPI's and parameters.

- Huawei M2000/U2000/PRS
- Ericsson OSS - SAP Business Objects/ENIQ/
- Management Reporting and Presentation skills
