Optimisation THIS IS THE ROLE FOR YOU!

THE ROLE

THIS KEY ROLE HEADS THE COMPANY\'S GOAL TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE KEY USER JOURNEYS AND CONVERSION RATES ACROSS THE ACQUISITION FUNNELS AND OTHER ENTRY POINTS IN THE COMPANY\'S WEBSITES, AS WELL AS DESKTOP AND MOBILE CHANNELS. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE OWNERSHIP OF THE CRO STRATEGY, ROADMAP AND BUDGETS AND ASSOCIATED SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS; IMPLEMENTATION OF BEST CRO SOLUTIONS; LEADING THE CONVERSION AND SITE OPTIMISATION REPORTING AND COMMUNICATING ACTIVITIES TO THE BRAND TEAMS. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERALL WEB ANALYTICS STRATEGY AND TOOLS; AND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR 1 DIRECT REPORT - A WEB ANALYST.

Main Job Responsibilities:

- Own site conversion, and deliver a program of changes that will improve conversion on a cyclical basis against agreed budgets
- In-depth analysis into specific products, promotions, landing pages, retention & acquisition marketing campaigns delivering succinct, meaningful insights and actionable data.
- Analyse and interpret site usage data and trends to identify optimisation opportunities
- Manage website personalisation, segmentation and landing page strategy to drive conversions and customer acquisition
- Pull together A/B and multivariate testing programmes liaising with design, content and CRM teams as well as external suppliers
- Communicate findings throughout the brand and other delivery teams to share findings and build understanding of best practice
- Knowledge of key technology suppliers, product/supplier evaluation
- Knowledge and understanding of Web Analytics
- Work alongside the Web Analyst to provide the business with timely and accurate insights around web/mobile performance.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

- Educated to degree level in related subjects
- At least three years working across site optimisation/conversion funnel analysis for E-commerce sites/brands and have experience running A/B, multivariate and behavioral targeting tests.
- 2-3 experience with Web Analytics platforms.
- Show expert understanding of online marketing and web analytics.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
- Liaising with various teams internally will be a requirement, you should be confident in coordinating delivery of the required assets
- Highly numerate and mathematically literate
- Be able to collect, interpret, and present data to senior level management as well as be able to diagnose and recommend resolution to key site conversion issues as they arise
- Be able to co-ordinate and control >AB and multivariate test programmes and report on success, as well as manage iterations of such programmes
- Good working knowledge of usability best practice and be able to relate best practice to the company environment.
- Detailed understand of conversion best practice as it relates to E-commerce sales funnels, landing pages and registration forms.
