Ops Engineer Corporate Applications

DUTCH SPEAKER OPS ENGINEER

I am looking for an experienced Ops Engineer with a strong customer focus, who gladly goes the extra mile, to be viewed as "trusted advisor" by the different Business Partners from the Corporate staff departments.

You will be coordinating with the different IT suppliers to ensure a good quality and reliable service, whilst anticipating on (future) customer wishes.

SKILLS

- Experience and affinity with IT Risk & Security
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
- Experience with SaaS and other outsourced products is desired
- Experience with common technology platforms, such as Linux, Oracle, Apache
- Able to coordinate alignment of business processes to IT solutions
- Experience with application support is highly desired (BiSL and/or ITIL)
- Experience with IT & business process design
- Experience with Agile methodologies (eg SCRUM)
- Affinity with data & interfacing processes
- MS Office tools, capable of manipulating data in Excel or MS-Access.
