Virgin Media Business are currently recruiting Operator Representatives to support the existing team in Birmingham.

As a Operator Representative, you will liaising with sub-contractors to ensure service levels are met, using your proven organisational and communication skills. Essentially, you'll be used to performing to agreed timescales within a team-based environment to ensure the required results are achieved.

You'll have to think on your feet and adapt to constantly changing circumstances but, don't worry, once you've finished your training, you'll be more than ready to meet the challenge. Furthermore you must be confident in your own ability, a self motivated individual who is able to deal with people at all levels and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy/attention to detail.
