Currently I am looking for a Operator (Mainframe, Unix, Intel and Iseries) for one of our clients in Gent, Belgium.
What will you do:
Monitoring of systems: 24x7/365 - shift work required!
Re-active monitoring
- Automatic detection of alerts
- Corrective action is taken according to documented procedures and action matrices
- Reporting of alerts and actions
Pro-active monitoring through checklists
- Controls performed at regular times
- Corrective action is taken according to documented procedures and action matrices if the result of the control is not in line with the expected result of the control
- Reporting of the results of the controls (when problems arise)
