- Provide system admin services
- Provide break/fix assistance to helpdesk staff for Servers and desktops
- Troubleshoot networks and systems
SKILLS:
- Experience in support and management of VMWare virtual Servers
- System management and support of SharePoint 2010/2013 and Lync 2013
- Installation and support of a wide range of Windows office automation software and a good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience supporting a wide range of enterprise office applications such as finance (Technology1), HR (Chris21) and records management (TRIM)
- Support and management of ICT systems, networking hardware, and good knowledge of networking concepts within a Microsoft network.
- Experience in the ongoing monitoring and administration of LAN Infrastructure to ensure uptime and service levels to staff are provided.
- Experience in administration of EMC storage systems
