Operations/Technical Analyst

Opartions/technical Analyst is being sought to work in our Technical Operations group. You will be a part of a very focused team, responsible to provide exchanges and their members with qualified support of systems and applications used for trading. The position also includes monitoring for all systems and applications to ensure 100% uptime for all systems; this in turn requires Incident recognition, research, isolation, escalation and resolution steps. The team is today aiming to resolve 90% of all support cases and Incidents without escalations. Technical Operations is not only responsible for resolving production critical incidents, the team also certifies and approves new trading applications, being part of projects for new releases, on boarding new customers and is also the key function for handling Major Incidents. Technical Operations is working very close to the OS, application, network, and development teams, as well as the business part of the organization.

Requirements:
Experience from working with support towards external customers.
Basic knowledge of Linux Worked in projects in big organizations is an advantage.
ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
Basic programming is an advantage.
SQL understanding is an advantage.
Earlier experience from case management system is an advantage
Fluent Swedish and English in both writing and verbally.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and curious. Social with an analytical thinking.
