Outline

*To produce accurate, timely and professional KPI information for both clients and HRO Central
*Manage all aspects of the relationship with Pay Slip Provider
*Continually monitor and improve quality of information extracted from customer surveys producing output and statistics as and when required
*Support and deliver adhoc requests

MAIN ACTIVITIES

*Liaise with third party suppliers (eg - Prolog) to coordinate projects and delivery of service improvements
*Maintain Epay tool and first line of support in dealing with employees queries
*Produce weekly, monthly & quarterly KPI's to a defined standard and timeframe
*Create/Update and send out Customer Surveys in line with Service Delivery and continuous improvements, identifying possible service improvements
*Support Change Request Process - (user testing and e2e testing)
*Mail Merge Documents - Letters to support internal mail shots and divisional correspondence
*Email Archiving
*Maintain and Improve processes within the Ops Support Team

Skills and Experience

*Individual must be results and delivery driven with a sound logical approach to achieving tasks and objectives
*Organisational and planning skills are an essential part of the role
*Able to work using own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
*Must also be a team player and proactively assist and other team members when needed
*Have a strong 'personal branding' and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areas
