- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Will be reviewing customer accounts to diagnose billing issues.
- Must be resilient and able to handle tough customer calls
- Should be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Will be handling a high volume of customer interaction via phone calls.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must have administrative and customer service experience.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to think independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical review skills.
- Must like to resolve issues.
- Will not rattle easily and extremely professional.
- Strong time management and follow-through skills.
- General office and clerical skills needed.
- Proficient in SAP.
