Operations Specialist

DESCRIPTION

- Act as a systems analyst to analyze and document complex data object configurations, workflows, and forms.
- Act as a systems/business admin to create and update complex data object configurations, workflows, and forms.
- Analyze, triage and support issues through resolution as appropriate including creating and managing tickets.
- Act as systems/business analyst in determining the best solution to complex problems.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements to translate into technical requirements.
- Create wireframes and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in thoroughly testing all solutions.
- Manage projects from initiation through launch.
- Interface with team members from all functional disciplines, as well as senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

MANDATORY:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Systems/Business Analyst or similar management role.
- Experience creating, updating and maintaining complex data object configurations, workflows and forms as an admin (Business
- Administrator experience with SalesForce.com).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Requires strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects across different departments.
- Familiarity with IT process and project life cycle management.
- Requires strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to create detailed visual documentation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Ability to exercise judgment, diplomacy and cooperative demeanor while adhering to process and schedule constraints.
- Ability to create, update and maintain complex data object configurations, workflows and forms in SalesForce.com

DESIRED:

- Knowledge of local search, online advertising and eCommerce is preferred.
- Proficient with business software and tools (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, JIRA)
- Familiar with User Experience Design, Interaction Design, User Centered design.
- HTML/JavaScript/Balsamiq.
- VBA/SQL/SOQL.
