The key responsibilities are as follows:
* Reporting into the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will act as Assistant Manager for the newly created Remediation team
* Line Management responsibility for 1 colleague (in conjunction with Ops Manager)
* Work on various projects where customer remediation is required, inputting to process design, giving consideration to Operational restrictions and Risk awareness
* Responsible for Quality Assurance of remediation calculations, with high level of complexity, where relevant
* Draft letters with high level of detail and complexity explaining remediation approaches
* Analyse customer data to make decision on individual remediation approaches
* Assist with design and sign off of processes for team and check ongoing compliance
* Responsible for Quality Assurance of remediation calculations
* Act as a representative for department in Project Planning meetings, ensuring that the needs of the team are represented
* Advise and influence senior stakeholders up to director level.
* Monitor, evaluate and drive flow of work through the team
* Issue resolution and escalation management.
