Our client requires a Senior Operations Manager with specific experience within the Collections and Recoveries arena (Debt Recovery)

Experience in an Operational Management role within the debt recovery/Collections and Recoveries space for a Global firm.
Experience managing Operational effectiveness of large teams for Debt recoveries/Collections and Recoveries departments.
Background in driving forward strategic Change Management/managing Risk controls/and managing Operational teams within core banking clients.
