OPERATIONS MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure leadership and delivery of the IT infrastructure and team operations.
- Ensure IT Governance and maintain Best Practice.
- Act as a key player for major IT related incidents.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency for the IT infrastructure.
- Develop and manage projects in regards to improving the IT infrastructure.
- Build strong relationship between IT Executives, Team Operations and Customers.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Relevant experience as a Delivery/Operation manager in an IT Infrastructure environment.
- Experience in people management.
- Strong IT infrastructure/technical knowledge.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Coaching
- Very good command of English(mandatory), other languages a plus.
