Our client is located in the beautiful seaside city in Illawarra region. They are currently looking for a locum Operation Manager to cover 9 month maternity leave. This role is a part time (3/4 days a week).
Essential requirements:
Experience with a Comrad/in televiewer RIS/PACS combination.
Excellent communications skills
Approachable and excellent people skill
Previous experience in the same role will be an advantage
Your role:
Planning and implementing new projects and services
Effectively recruits, selects, evaluates, delegates, and motivates staff
Planning, coordinating and supervision all daily functions
Liaise between physicians and support staff
Perform fortnightly payroll and staffing administration
