Operations Manager

Job description

* Member of management team, reporting to General Manager, working closely together with R&D, Sales and Customer Services
* Work closely together with Operations Director
* Responsible for operations and reaching the targets in cost, quality, delivery performance and throughput
* Run (and improve) safe and environmentally friendly operation, according to the legal and ISO requirements
* Report operations performance
* Lead the operations team in following and improving the operational processes and standards
* Ensure maintenance and evolution of building and equipment
* Secure training and internal monitoring
* Participate to group projects on best practices

Profile

* Solid experience in an industrial environment

* Leading people, building teams
* Production planning and organization
* Training
* Track record in standardization and improvements
* Safety & Health education
* Technical background / education
* Composites or chemistry history is a plus

* Hands-on person
* Self starter
* Flexible
* Good communicator
* Profit orientated
