Operations Manager

My NHS client is looking for a strong operations management candidate ideally obtained within an Out Of Hours environment, however would consider those with operations experience gained with in Emergency Dept, Urgent Care Centre or similar.

The purpose of the post is to provide support to the General Manager in stabilising their new Out Of Hours service following a successful mobilisation in October. The post holder will be based at their management hub however there will be frequent travel to Commissioners meetings etc.

This is an Out Of Hours service so inevitably evening and weekend work will be a feature and candidates must be flexible to accommodate this.

The interim role will last at least 3 months with the distinct possibility it will roll onto 6.

This is a full time role paying between £300 - £500 per day. They will be conducting telephone interviews first, with a face to face meeting after. This is an immediate start role.
