Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Operations/Delivery Manager to join their business. We want to talk to those with telecom & power knowledge from a telco environment. This is an exceptional opportunity, in a very beautiful part of Nigeria.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Follow up with PMs project timelines as scheduled.
-- Proactively manage interventions when needed with any changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
-- Ensure delivery of projects with the required conditions.
-- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
-- Develop customer relationship and associated communications documents.
-- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise projects team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
-- Identify technical trainings and required on job technical coaching for staff across all projects.
-- Build Customer Relationship and maintain it.
REQUIREMENTS:
-- 10+ years of telecommunications experience.
-- Core Maintenance Expert.
-- 5+ years in previous operations management roles, within telecom.
-- Experience working for/with major local telecom vendors/operators (Huawei, ZTE, MTN, Airtel, etc).
-- Power and telecom experience.
-- Civil work experience.
-- Budgeting.
