Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to join our client, the world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in South San Francisco, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Commercial Portal General Operations.
- Serve as primary Commercial liaison with the Portal Support Team.
- Clarify issues on any requests made via gRemedy. Escalate resolution of gRemedy tickets if necessary.
- Track and resolve non-technical end user issues Help design and test Commercial Portal enhancements.
- Ongoing Support of Portal Content Author Community.
- Provide ongoing process and functional support for Commercial Portal content authors, including consultation on web site design.
- FOIM Intranet Operations.
- Publish approved content to the Field Operations and Information Management (FOIM) Intranet sites Review team member content and suggest improvements upon request Design and deploy updated FOIM-specific secure pilot secure site.

GOAL
- Commercial Portal Redesign Project (pending IT timelines and resourcing).
- Provide Commercial operational support toward successful completion of Commercial Redesign Project.
- Support the provision of Commercial Portal operations input to the Commercial Portal Redesign Project as requested Serve as primary business liaison between Commercial and IT to support the gathering of business requirements and the monitoring and successful achievement of the Commercial Portal Redesign Project as requested.
- Successful Career Pathing Transition
- Facilitate tactical planning across IT, the Career Pathing vendor, and Commercial Human Resources, to help ensure uninterrupted Commercial employee access to Career Pathing as it transitions from Vignette to a new technical platform.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education Bachelor's degree.
- Average of five (5) of more years' work experience.
- Three (3) or more years' previous IT project management or business analyst experience, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry.
- Previous content management authoring and administration experience is strongly preferred (preferably gained within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry).
- Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, HTML and preferably a variety of content management systems.
- Previous experience in other functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry is strongly preferred, (eg, commercial operations, field sales or sales management, sales operations, field account management, product marketing, market planning, strategic planning, etc.).
- Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative, as well as any relevant quantitative, targets and goals.
- Business travel, by air or car, is required for business meetings.
