We are currently looking for Dispatcher/Scheduler to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Birmingham.

As a Dispatcher you will be speaking with engineers who are scheduled to go to customer appointments. Your role is to liaise with the engineers to make sure that they are going to make all scheduled appointments. You will need to ensure that the customer is informed at all times of any delays or disruptions either by contacting them yourself or delegating to the engineer to do this. You will be first point of contact for the engineers so a background of scheduling or dispatch would be an advantage.

Effective communication is key to being successful in this role. Excellent time management skills along with fantastic attention to detail is critical so, if you're enthusiastic and passionate about working for a market leader then youâll make a welcome addition to the team!

Hours will be Monday to Friday (shift pattern) 7:00am - 8:30pm and Saturday up to 7.30pm. Please note: if you are working a Saturday you are allocated a day off in the week.
