Operations Business Projekt Leiter

Experis is seeking a "BUSINESS PROJECT LEADER" to join an international team

MAIN TASKS:

AS THE BUSINESS PROJECT LEADER YOU SHALL BE TASKED WITH THE OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROCESSES AND APPLICATIONS COVERING THE BROKERAGE FX AREA. DEFINE PRODUCT SCOPES AND BLUEPRINTS FOR ALL OPERATIONAL PROCESSES AND IT OPERATION APPLICATIONS. YOU BE THE SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR SENIOR STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT ACTIVITIES.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 9 years of Project Management experience is a minimum expectation
- 3 years Business Project leadership experience
- 3 years Business Analyst experience in operational projects
- A proven background in setting up and managing operational business processes
- Good FX/MM/PM, Securities, Payment knowledge
- Proven background as the SME and SPOC within this field
- Experience in covering solution architect tasks is very advantageous
- A proactive and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure is required
- Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player is a must
- DMZ working experience is a must
- Swiss banking experience is ideal
- German AND English language skills are both in written and spoken form required
- Education required is at MSC, MBA, BSc level
- Six Sigma, PMI, IPMA or similar certification level
