- Organize operation activities
- Ensure documentation is up to date (business impacts / FAQ / technical information / …)
- Raise and qualify incidents based on events identified and business impacts
- Actively contribute to incident resolution
- Handle MoM content (past incidents / opening status)
- Act as Incident Manager for scheduling issues
- Solid experience in a similar role in the bank industry
- Understanding of banking business processes
- Unix / AiX / Solaris
- BMC CONTROL-M
- BMC Remedy
- Monitoring tools like Nimsoft / Spectrum
