Operations Analyst

SUMMARY

- Perform data analysis of Inventory System activity and generate reports related to process adherence.
- Respond to queries regarding processes and inventory use.
- Customer Engagement Programs (CEP)
- Make sure adverse events are documented
- Put together quarterly reports with info on who well people are following the policy
- Take data from external and internal info to make a report
- Basic management and collection of data
- MS Access to pull data together and make report. BO platform as well, would ideally like someone with this experience
- Generating notifications and lists to help people with the database
- Respond professionally, does everything with care, detail orientated
- May need to preform testing when changes are made to database.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access, and proficiency with other common technical tools required.
- Proficiency with fundamental concepts of relational database management systems and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out data analysis and data management functions proficiently and accurately and to complete quality work on a timely basis.
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing complex information in a highly structured database.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written communications.
- Ability to understand complex processes and comply with detailed technical directions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to prioritize and work independently to complete quality work on a timely basis.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with work team.
- Ability to take initiative within a strong team-oriented environment.
- Excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information and excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to anticipate issues/needs and to work proactively to address them.
- Ability to work flexible hours (early AM, weekend overtime, etc.) when needed.
