Operations Analyst
1 NATO Secret Clearance
2 The development of the iCRM toolset will require a consultant with in-depth knowledge of SharePoint and web publishing and experience of developing CRM toolsets and publishing Service Catalogues. The consultant may also be required to conduct on the job training for NCI Agency personnel on how to maintain the iCRM toolset
3 Expert knowledge in the development and implementation of Customer Interface and CRM toolsets
4 Expert Knowledge of SharePoint and Web Publishing including interfacing with other ADS, toolsets and Microsoft Office Products such as Word, PowerPoint, InfoPath, Outlook, Excel and Access
5 ITIL v3 Foundation
6 Strong Project Management Experience (PMP and/or PRINCE2)
7 Excellent communication, oral presentations and writing skills
8 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
9 Knowledge of the organisation and functions of NATO would be BENEFICIAL
10 The consultant(s) should possess the personal qualities of tact, judgement and adaptability as well as good political awareness and motivational and listening skills. In addition, a sense of diplomacy and propriety in order to work
TASK 2 SPECIFIC (AUTOMATE INTERIM CUSTOMER SERVICE CATALOGUE - ICSC)
11 Expert knowledge in the development and implementation of Service Catalogue and/or Portfolio toolsets
12 Expert skills in implementing the BMC-ITSM toolset for Service Catalogue Management to exploit the modules capabilities in use with the Configuration Management Database suite
13 ITIL v3 Foundation required, Service Design Desired
