OPERATIONS ANALYST
Our client is looking to recruit a highly skilled operations analyst to join their team. This is a contract position located in Dublin city centre.
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Headcount Forecasting process within the Technology Group, covering both US and Irish operations.
- Work with Internal Recruitment partners to ensure a smooth and efficient Recruitment process.
- Project manage the delivery of a Training Program to the Technology department, including selection of courses and subsequent delivery.
- Work with Chief of Staff and Internal Marketing Department on a variety of marketing activities including submissions of articles to various internal newsletters.
- Working with the Chief of Staff across a variety of Operational, Training and Marketing activities
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent Operational and Administration skills with a high attention to detail.
- 5 years' work experience within an operations department of a financial institution desirable.
- Bachelors' degree in Business or related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- High level of communication skills both Verbal & Written.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to role
- Ability to take decisive and timely action.
