Role Summary:
To be accountable for the delivery of a range of Operational activities typically involving making recommendations and co-ordinating/overseeing others supporting the Platform or Functional team within the directorate. To work to a high standard delivering to agreed timescales whilst seeking or providing necessary guidance and direction.

Key Accountabilities
*Create, review and maintain platform specific documentation (including traceability) - Production of weekly monthly ExCo pack
*Production of KPI's
*Production of Weekly Group & Independent Releases report
*Production of 12 Week Look ahead report - ADM view
*Production of Group IT Hotspot Report - ADM view
*Production of Ad Hoc reports at manager request (eg Collation of Demand and Supply Data, Subject Matter Expert reports)
*Analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations
