Operational Senior Manager

My high profile consultancy client requires Senior Operational Managers who have previous experience in any of the following:

-Head of Customer Service Management (Large Scale)
-Head of Contact Centre
-Head of Shared Service Centre
-Head of Customer Retention
-Customer Experience Director
-Director of Delivery Programmes
-Operations Director
-Head of customer remediation

The ideal candidate will be able to analyse operating models and processes in order to suggest modifications to existing operating models in line with my client's software.

This is a business focused role NOT IT.

The candidate will need to be a strong relationship builder to deal with different stakeholders.

Candidates from a LEAN background is advantageous.

This is a customer focused role on a senior level, must be able to understand operations and processes in order to examine operating models.
