Operational Risk Management Consultant

I am currently looking for a senior operation risk manager to work at a leading consultancy that require the individual to work at on of their financial clients.

They need this person to ensure the clients financial controls and processes are in line with the groups operations risk management objectives:

- Conduct independent operational risk assessment and control evaluation across diverse functions for clients primarily in financial services
- Provide expertise on design and fulfilment of reliable controls providing a consulting service to support Management in discharging their accountabilities in respect of internal control
- Work closely with Business Analysts and process owners to develop internal controls across a range of shared service as well as on-shore processes along with definition of key risk indicators thereon
- Builds valued relationships with clients & internal peers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to thought leadership documents.
- Conduct knowledge sharing discussions & contribute to WNS thought leadership.
- Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects & internal initiatives by leveraging on lessons learned from other projects.
- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with diverse team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Project management skills
- Should be willing to travel to Client Location (Overseas) for medium to long duration
