* Act as the co-ordination point between Management Consultants from the chosen Vendor(s), Solution Architects and Consulting Engineers, and the front-line Business Areas and ORC to ensure that the system (operational processes and workflow) delivers to business requirements. This will include organisation of, co-ordination and follow-up of Design Workshops in which the Business Operational Requirements are converted into Systems Designs.
* Review systems processes and workflows and write appropriate business facing Operating Procedures. Document appropriate training and initiate and implement Training programmes so that all end-users are fully supported throughout implementation.
* Co-ordinate all User Acceptance Testing, working in conjunction with the Systems Analyst to ensure appropriate Test Scripts are followed. Negotiate and ensure that appropriate Systems Administration and Systems Support functions are set up and available to users from live implementation.
* Ensure Sourcing and Procurement are engaged in an appropriate and timely manner so that all policy requirements are met and contract negotiations are brought to successful conclusion.
* Analysis and validation of historical data and cleansing thereof before load into the new system.
* Knowledge and experience of BASEL requirements relating to the capture and recording of Incidents and Operational Losses and reconciliation and validation routines relating thereto.
