Operational Risk Control Analyst - Zurich - Contract

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for several analysts that will work in the Operational Risk Control team. The successful candidate will document the Financial Crime process landscape across all locations as a basis for a strategy review.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP and the contract is until end of December 2016.

Main tasks will include the following:

Responsibility to elicit, analyze, document, specify and manage functional and non-functional requirements as well as business processes
Critically verify aspects of a process design and challenge the status quo with an independent mindset
Actively used process documentation standards such as BPMN 2.0
Practical experience with process documentation tools such as ARIS (preferred) or VISIO
Ensure a professional, sustainable and strong stakeholder management with all relevant internal and external project parties involved

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor, Master or University Degree or equal qualifying experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Exposure to Finance Crime (Fraud, Anti-Money laundering)
Technical understanding of IT landscape of drawing diagrams
Fluency in English & German is a plus
