Operational Risk Analyst - Banking, London £300 per day

OPERATIONAL RISK ANALYST

An Operational Risk Analyst is required by a Bank in London. The Bank have a well defined Operational Risk framework in place. The Operational Risk Analyst is required to support that process, Risk and Analysis. The Operational Risk Analyst needs to be confident with stakeholders and be able to work independently, be self motivated and able to plan their own time.

The Operational Risk Analysts responsibilities will include:

- Assist with maintaining and developing an effective operational risk management framework
- Assist in the preparation, processing and analysis of all daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc operational risk management reports in a timely, effective and accurate manner.
- Provide clear, effective and timely analysis and advice to colleagues and the Interim Head of Operational Risk enabling clear risk-based assessment and decision-making,
- Building good working relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Assist in projects to develop or improve the risk management function within the Bank
- Run small investigations into operational risk issues within the Bank.
- Provide general assistance for the development of the Risk Function including on-going projects, streamlined procedures, data quality and reporting.
