The purpose of this role will be to implement Business Change and Improvements within their Contact Centre Operations
The ideal candidate will have the following - Significant Change Management and Business improvement experience, ideally within financial services contact centre environment
Have contributed and have worked as part of a Change Team
Ideally a Change or Business Analysis Certicication
