Operational Process Manager - Internal Operational Audit

A London-based Transport and Logistics company, is looking for a Senior Operational Process Manager with strong continuous improvement and internal operational audit experience to join their team.

Working at their central London office, but also requiring travel to various Group locations around the UK, you will be responsible for;

* Undertaking an internal operational audit concerning current company processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
* Actively engaging with managerial-level stakeholders to ensure and improve process compliance in line with legislation and overall Group policies
* Engaging with managerial-level stakeholders to move towards ISO compliance in quality, health & safety and environment
* Conducting root cause analysis into operational bottlenecks, recommending efficiency improvements where necessary and communicating these to all relevant stakeholders
* Sharing "best practice" processes across the Group

This Senior Operational Process Manager role will suit:
*A Degree educated professional - you will have gained your degree ideally within an engineering or analytical discipline
*Strong Operational Management and Internal Audit skills - proven experience of working on a business process change project is essential
*Someone highly proficient in process mapping (Visio is highly desired), especially related to Quality Management, ISO and KPI's
*Strong Process Compliance skills are also required, as is the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Legal, Health & Safety and Environmental teams.
