Operational Buyer 50% (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Responsible for all operational procurement tasks
-Complete, release, monitor and follow-up purchase orders
-Contribute to invoice resolution and record goods receipts
-Convert purchase requisition into purchase orders
-Maintain a close collaboration with purchase requesters and strategic buyers
-Monitor supplier responses
-Serve as procurement interface with the various other internal departments

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound work experience in operational purchasing
-In-depth knowledge of operational procurement (SAP)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Team player mentality, resilient personality
-Fluency in English, German is a plus
