Operational Business Process Manager - Contract

A London-based client, a leading Transport and Logistics company, is looking for a Business Process Manager with strong continuous improvement and operational audit experience to join their team on an ongoing Contract basis.

Working at their central London office, but also requiring travel to various Group locations around the UK, you will be responsible for;

*Undertaking an operational audit concerning current company processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
*Actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure and improve process compliance in line with legislation and overall Group policies
*Engaging with stakeholders to move towards ISO compliance in quality, health & safety and environment
*Conducting root cause analysis into operational bottlenecks, recommending efficiency improvements where necessary and communicating these to all relevant stakeholders
*Sharing "best practice" processes across the Group

This role will suit a Degree educated (ideally within an engineering or analytical discipline) Business Process/Continuous Improvement professional. You will be highly proficient in process mapping (Visio is highly desired), especially related to Quality Management, ISO and KPI's.

Strong Process Compliance skills are also required, as is the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Legal, Health & Safety and Environmental teams.
