IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Design and Implement with the supplier the mode of Operation for the Command of Center
-Design and Implement cross functional Processes Implement cross functional Tools with the supplier for his service
-Design and Implement the Monitoring Activity
-Review cross functional resources assigned by the Supplier with Screening Lead
-Organize CommonTraining for all the supplier resources
-Review Service Catalog items offered
-Define Ticket Routing & Support the BI Reporting Lead regarding
-Track Ticket Backlog until Completion after transition
-Lead all workshops regarding cross functional services, get the buy-in from the Stakeholders
-Setup Satisfaction Survey to measure satisfaction Prior and after the Go Live

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Operational experience in Service Desk, Desktop Management and or Server Operations
-Knowledge in the implementation of an Operation center that was performing server monitoring , incident management and service request management
-Experience regarding managed service and how to deal with suppliers in managed service environment
