Operation and Support/in Service Support PMO

My client, an international defence company, are looking for an O&S/ISS PMO to support the O&S/ISS manager facilitating an active cooperation with interfacing units and work packages. The right candidate will act as Back Office manager with the responsibility of a team of translators and interpreters.

The key responsibilities of this role are
Manage work package budget tracking using SAP. Act as WP data Co-ordinator for all ISS activities
Transfer and allocation of budgets to work teams, performing work in support of the O&S/ISS design and definition activities
Act as the interface to supply chain management to ensure back to back transportation agreements
Support work package interface including cost/materials estimation
Delivery high quality technical support 

Experience you will require
More than 5 years working on large project management and or integration and more specifically managing the In Service Support. 
Strong understanding of performance and quality assurance management
Negotiation, both internally and externally

What you will need
Willingness to travel throughout the kingdom to work locations
Strong service orientation and delivery focus 
Ability to lead project resources
Ability to lead project deliverables for completeness, quality and compliance with establish project standards
Experience within different cultures, Middle East preferable
