Ontologist - Approx 6 Month Contract - Unique Opportunity

You will be working for one of the largest digital marketing services in Australia. Based in Melbourne CBD, conveniently located close to public transport, this company is recognised as a leader in their field.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Ontologist you will:

- Lead ongoing management of Digital Ontology upon delivery
- Lead the appropriate up-skilling and training on toolsets and technology for broader team to support implementation
- Develop a tactical plan for delivery of the strategic roadmap
- Develop a strategic roadmap to migrate from current taxonomy systems and processes to the agreed end state vision
- Establish a clear end state vision for the digital ontology
- Gain familiarity with existing business systems, processes and toolsets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Expert in ontology toolsets and best practice
- Leader in ontology development and management
- Project Management skills
- Demonstrated experience in understanding Internet and E-business strategies
- Exposure to search applications
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
- A high level of proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint
