As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, our client is experiencing a period of growth and will be increasing hiring substantially.
Responsibilities:
Work as the Recruitment Business Partner to achieve the goals of the recruitment strategy and account specific recruitment goals.
Manage the recruitment process for permanent resources for a defined level of vacancy.
Work towards SLA and financial targets for the account.
Manage the end to end recruitment process, including supporting managers raise vacancies, conducting interviews, offer negotiation.
Maintain active liaison with the on site team to ensure adherence with policies and processes
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an onsite Recruitment Manager/Advisor position in a utilities, engineering/environment.
Ability to work and manage change in a fast paced environment.
Experience of working with senior stakeholders, building relationships and offering solutions.
The ability to work under pressure.
Ability to coordinate a variety of roles and communicate well with all managers and leaders.
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and the impact/requirements on resourcing.
Experience of using social media as a recruitment tool
