You will be a Technical Writer creating consumer support content for the compny (mobile phones, tablets and accessories) and services (repair, return, insurance). The content is mainly created and delivered via CMS system. Some content is delivered via knowledge management system directly to contact center.
All content shall follow style-guides and other steering documents. Responsiveness/Speed in combination with high quality is the key in the content creation and delivery.

Profile
Experienced technical writer. Very strong in investigating and analysing data.
Strong in networking and building relations Very self-going with high drive

Requirements:
- A strong ability to understand our stakeholders needs based on their requests.(What do you want to achieve?)
- Present and communicate user support content to internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Keep updated with new technologies and applications/services within the user support area.
- Deep knowledge in IT related technology. Well known with device security solution/architechture.

Understanding of content creation tools (CMS, Acrolinx, Knowledge Mngmnt. System).
- Good knowledge and understanding of the IT-decision maker as a target group for support. From end-user perspective to Inside phone functionality perspective
- Ability to plan daily work in order to deliver in accordance with request .
- Ability to structure information overall and in details.
- Have good knowledge of topic based writing, minimalism and usability.
- Create topics, maps, resource files and publications in our content management system
- Good understanding of feedback from usability test and contact centers in order to adjust our content accordingly.
- Familiarity with the usability of the individual phones.
