Online Banking Director

Our financial services client is seeking an Online Banking Director to be responsible for the customer growth and engagement through their online/digital channels. This will cover user experience; customer retention and acquisition; online engagement; scoping and planning for the online planning and development; optimisation of propositions for the online solutions. This is about the commercial optimisation of the end-to-end customer experience/journey. The ideal candidate will have banking experience but this could also be someone from a muti-layered, complex organisation ie retail.

This is a BAU contract role, however they may consider taking on a candidate on a perm basis, and the salary would be c £125K + package.
