ON-SITE SUPPORT SPECIALIST - BELGIUM
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH only
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar function
- Computer science degree/engineering degree or equivalent is beneficial
- Practical knowledge of internal components of workstations to include motherboards, ram, hard drives, video, sound, I/O, optical drives, ports
- Ability to trouble-shooting all technical incidents, give the solution to the end-users or give the correct diagnostic to the repair companies.
- Practical knowledge of accessories including keyboards, pointing devices, scanners, printers, screens and Cisco Phones
- Good knowledge on all new mobile technologies (iPad, iPhone and all other Smartphones)
- Practical knowledge of all currently available Windows operating systems to include installation and recovery of all current versions
- Practical knowledge of most major PC software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Lync and Internet browsers
- Ability to communicate with the customer the methods to be used, the solutions to be provided and then use the resources available to them to execute the process
