Main Role purpose:

The OMC Team Manager role is to Manage OMC engineers and OMC coordinators. Take the responsibility to organize necessary resources and to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, reporting, supporting OMC activities and supporting OMC service proposals. Defining new Scope of Works and process with customer to deliver OMC activities smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Planning OMC activities
- Balancing the load and the technical operations between OMC engineers
- Reporting to customer, to account managers and project director
- Define the process, the prerequisites, the template of operations with OMC engineers
