Office/VBA Consultant

Description:
In the objective to have a better follow-up of its activities the Assets direction has the intention to develop a series of dashboards. Those dashboards will mainly focus on the implementation of operational and safety excellence in the maintenance/commissioning activities and the GO FOR ZERO objective.

In this context, 4-5 dashboards are identified:
1. Human resources/Competence center
2. Follow-up of improvement initiatives
3. Commissioning activities
4. Informative

Responsibilities:
As deliveries, we expect the candidate to lead these dashboards at their maintenance phase, which means:
1. Identify business requirements
2. Identify users
3. Identify the data available and what're the gaps (In case of any gaps search for alternative solution)
4. Define how to present data and KPIs
5. Define how to tell our story and how to make the story visual
6. Design the process
7. Choose the most appropriate platform (Excel, ...)
8. Develop the dashboard
9. Implement the process
10.Establish a communication plan
11.Train/Communicate

NB: Dashboards "Competence center" and the one for "service center" have already their business requirements ready.

Technical skills:
Since the development is included in the mission, we require from the candidate to have:
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft office Suite
- Very good knowledge in Visual Basic Excel
- Knowing at least one other IT programing language such as C/C++, Pyhton, Java, ..

Personal skills:
Hard skills:
• at least 2 year experience in the Excel vba development and 1 year experience in the dashboard development.
• Bachelor/master technique avec une bonne connaissance en IT.
Soft skills

• Assertive
• Able to challenge the business
• Having good communication skills

• Ideally bilingual FR/NL or good basic knowledge in the other
